Former Big Brother Naija housemate, Deeone, has come out in defense of media personality, Nedu, following his sudden exit from the Honest Bunch Podcast
This is coming after Nedu’s exit is linked to his ongoing feud with social media critic, Verydarkman (VDM).
Deeone, who appeared as a guest on Nedu’s podcast, had made allegations about VDM’s sexuality, sparking a heated reaction from VDM.
Nedu was subsequently accused of orchestrating the claims, which led to his decision to leave the podcast.
In a passionate plea, Deeone urged Nigerians to support Nedu, insisting that the media personality had no influence over his statements on the podcast.
He claimed that VDM had lied and manipulated the situation, and called on the Inspector General of Police to intervene.
Deeone said:
“Nedu is innocent, and I swear with everything in this life,” Deeone stated. “This is not content; this is real! VDM lied and manipulated everything. Don’t let this guy die. We need to come out and support Nedu. This is not a matter of whether you like me or not. VDM lied against Nedu; he’s trying to frustrate him to kill himself.”
