Opral Benson has just been named the Consular-General of Nigeria to Liberia. She received an official letter to that effect earlier this month from the minister of foreign affairs.
77-year- old Mrs Benson is also the proprietor of Opral Benson Beauty Institute which was founded 25yeas ago. We say a big congrats to her.
