Donald Trump may have a new gig – playing the role of disc jockey at The Mar-a-Lago Club, the former president’s Florida resort.
Members of the club, which has been owned by Trump since 1985, received a memo Wednesday that said they will be treated to ‘great music’ during a dinner on Friday and Saturday.
‘Great music will be played during dinner on Friday and Saturday evenings, with President Trump playing the role of disc jockey,’ according to the memo, shared by New York Times journalist Maggie Haberman.
‘The music will be amazing, it will be lots of fun, and it will go into the late evening,’ the memo reads.
It’s unclear what music Trump will be playing for the weekend’s events. The former president is known to be a fan of Elton John, who declined to perform at his inauguration. He would also frequently play the Village People’s YMCA and Macho Man during appearances while he was president.
