A video making the rounds on social media has captured the moment a Nigerian soldier allegedly used a scissor to cut off a man’s hair in Peere, Ibadan, Oyo state.
In the video, the man was seen chopping off his hair.
According to gist circulating on social media, his hair isn’t fit for the society.
The video has sparked outrage on social media with most Nigerians condemning the act, and calling for his arrest. This is coming after series of protests against brutality and harassment in Nigeria.
