Beyonce LEAVES OUT Lizzo’s name from lyrics after singer accused of s3xual harassment
Beyonce left Lizzo‘s name out of her Renaissance tour version of Break My Soul last night amid claims the singer s3xually harassed three of her backing dancers.
During Break My Soul (The Queens Remix) Beyonce lists a number of groundbreaking female artists including Nina Simone, Grace Jones and Madonna.
In a line that pays tribute to Erykah Badu, Lizzo and Beyonce’s former Destiny’s Child bandmate Kelly Rowland, Beyonce changed the lyrics.
Instead of singing: “Badu, Lizzo, Kelly Rowl’ (You know you can do it).”
She sang: “Badu, Badu, Badu, Badu.”
The show came hours after news broke that three of Lizzo ‘s dancers have filed a lawsuit against the singer, her production company and her dance captain over claims they were weight-shamed and s3xually harassed.
The singer, who is known for exuding body confidence and positivity as a whole, is said to have “weight-shamed” one of the plaintiffs, with them also claiming to have been “pressured while at a strip club”.
