Big Brother Naija Season 9 contestant Chinwe has communicated her boundaries to fellow housemates regarding household responsibilities
On Thursday morning, she expressed frustration about other housemates not cleaning up after cooking, stating she won’t solely handle kitchen duties.
Chinwe emphasized that she didn’t enter the house to perform domestic work and reminded others of their agreed-upon communal cooking and cleaning arrangement.
She questioned how she could ask others to clean up after individuals who cooked separately, as it goes against their established agreement.
By setting these boundaries, Chinwe aims to maintain a fair distribution of household tasks and avoid shouldering the responsibilities alone.
“Will I go and wash the pots for the people that cook? I haven’t slept since last night, my head hurts. I nor come here to do housegirl work for kitchen.
“The thing is that we reached an agreement that if you cook, you clean up after yourself. So how do I now tell people that are meant to assist for communal cooking to go and clean up after people that cook individually?” she said.
