Mary Njoku has opened up about her parenting journey, describing it as a journey filled with challenges
In an Instagram post, the actress, who is married to Iroko TV boss Jason Njoku, shared her experience about the unpredictable nature of raising children.
Njoku, a mother of three, expressed how her emotions often fluctuate as she navigates the complexities of parenting.
“One minute it feels like I’m nailing this parenting, and the next, I’m wondering, ‘How did we get here?’” she shared.
Noting the challenges, she likened parenting to a “real jungle” where one must be prepared for surprises at every turn.
She emphasized the need for boundless, unconditional love, likening it to agape; the highest form of love.
“Hmmm. The love a mother has for a child has to be agape o! Cos dem dey test me o!” she lamented.
