A man named Courtney Burgess, who claims to possess alleged sex tapes of Sean “Diddy” Combs, testified before a grand jury on Thursday, October 31.

Burgess also appeared on NewsNation’s ‘Banfield’, where he stated that Diddy’s late ex, Kim Porter, had given him 11 flash drives before she passed away in 2018.

He alleges that the videos show eight celebrities, including six men and two women, with “two to three” of them possibly being minors.

Burgess claimed that all individuals in the videos seemed under the influence and were “victims” rather than “perpetrators.”

Earlier that day, outside a federal courthouse in Manhattan, Burgess said he had been contacted by Homeland Security agents and subpoenaed to provide “all records, including thumb drives, hard drives, and other electronic storage devices” containing videos or files involving Diddy, according to TMZ.

Burgess also claims to have a copy of Porter’s alleged memoir, titled ‘Kim’s Lost Words: A Journey for Justice, from the Other Side’.

This “fake” book was removed from Amazon last month after it was denounced by Combs’ seven children.

Burgess’ lawyer, Ariel Mitchell-Kidd, spoke to ‘The Post’ about the alleged tapes, saying one male celebrity involved is “more high-profile than Mr. Combs” and confirming, “I can verify that it exists. It’s real, and the other person in the video is clearly visible.”

Diddy was arrested in September and faces charges of sex trafficking, racketeering, and prostitution.

Since pleading not guilty, he has been held without bail in Brooklyn, NY, as multiple sexual assault lawsuits continue to emerge.
