A Nigerian woman, Anthonia Umerah who went from 102kg to 75kg has shared her weight loss transformation journey

Umerah shared her journey on Facebook encouraging her followers to prioritize their wellbeing.

In the Facebook post she shared on Tuesday, February 25, she merged a photo of BEFORE and AFTER, saying she feels healthier and more confident.

She wrote;

“The best decision I made last year is prioritizing myself, my wellness journey, my health, my fitness and taking care of my wellbeing generally. Look at me today, I am so much in love with taking care of myself unlike before,” she wrote.

”I have a daily routine that I am so consistent with.

I wake up daily, read my bible, read 5pages of self development book, drink my morning green tea mixed with little apple cider or lemon (sometimes I mix both), do my skincare and workout for at least 1hour.

I lost unhealthy weight and improved my self confidence and my looks. (Attached pictures is me when I was 102kg) I am now 75kg.

I exercise daily for improved mental clarity, flexibility and overall health!

Weight loss happens in the kitchen.

The content of my cup is green tea mixed with little apple cider and lemon. It is very good for weíghtl0ss.”
