Gospel singer Shola Allyson has officially signed with Sony Music Publishing Nigeria
The announcement was made on Friday evening via Sony Music Nigeria’s official Instagram page. “We are happy to announce that the legendary Shola Allyson is joining the SMP family,” the post read, celebrating the artist’s addition to the label.
In a separate video posted on her own Instagram account, Allyson expressed her excitement over the new chapter in her career. “I’m so excited, grateful, happy—just filled with all the good feelings—as I announce my new signing with Sony Music Publishing Nigeria,” she said.
The celebrated gospel singer also shared her hopes for what lies ahead: “I believe more amazing things are coming. Great things have happened in the past, and now I’m looking forward to even greater opportunities and exciting new collaborations.”
This milestone comes just a week after legendary highlife musician Bright Chimezie also joined the Sony Music Publishing Nigeria label.
