Princess Oluremi Nutayi Ajose, Vice Chairman of Badagry West Local Council Development Area (LCDA) in Lagos State, has d!ed just two months after assuming office
Her d3ath was confirmed on Saturday in Badagry, sending shockwaves through the political and traditional circles of the ancient town.

Ajose was inaugurated on July 27, 2025, along with LCDA Chairman Hon. Rauf Ibrahim Kayode Yemaren and five councilors in a ceremony overseen by Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu in Lagos.
Family members confirmed her passing and disclosed that her remains have been deposited in a morgue.
Princess Ajose was the daughter of His Royal Majesty, Oba Oyekan Possi Ajose, the Alapa of Apa Egun-Awori Kingdom, a loss that has plunged the royal household and the wider Badagry community into mourning.
Her d3ath comes just weeks after Oluwakemi Rufai, Councillor for Ward C1 in Ibeju-Lekki Local Government Area, passed away on August 13, less than two weeks after being sworn into office.
