Temitope Osoba is 40 today

To celebrate her special day, she has opened up on how surviving cancer has changed her on her special day.

She shared stunning photos of herself writing;

“Today, I turn 40 — a milestone that once felt so far out of reach.
I’ve walked through fear, pain, uncertainty, and nights that felt endless… but I’m still here. Stronger. Softer. Wiser. And incredibly grateful.

Surviving cancer changed me. It taught me how precious life is, how fragile moments can be, and how powerful hope truly is.
I carry the scars, but I also carry the lessons — the courage I never knew I had, the love that held me together, and the quiet strength that kept whispering, ‘keep going.’

So today, I celebrate life in a way I never have before.
I celebrate breath, sunrise, second chances, and the beauty of simply being alive.
Turning 40 isn’t just a birthday for me… it’s a victory, a blessing, and a reminder that miracles happen.

Here’s to healing, to growth, to joy, and to every new chapter ahead.
