Social media influencer Dami Foreign has issued a public apology to Nigerian singer Tiwa Savage following backlash over a tweet referencing her son
The controversy began after Dami Foreign posted comments about Tiwa’s child on X, prompting the singer to call him out and warn him firmly. Tiwa described the mention of her son as crossing a line and cautioned that further remarks could escalate beyond social media.

In response, Dami Foreign addressed Tiwa directly in an apology on X. He wrote that he was sorry if his earlier tweets had caused offence and acknowledged that she had every reason to be upset. He emphasized that he never intended any harm or ill will toward Tiwa Savage or her son.
He also noted that he has posted positive messages about Tiwa in the past that she may not have seen and insisted that his intentions were “all love.” He concluded his apology by expressing sincere regret for any hurt caused.
He wrote: “Dear @TiwaSavage, I’m sorry if you got offended by some of the tweets I made about you, You must be very angry and hurt for you to have called me out. I want you to know that I don’t mean bad or de@th for you or your son. There are lots of positive tweets I’ve made about you that you’ve probably never seen I promise, It’s all love from this side.
