Ex-Ekiti state Governor, Ayo Fayose’s brother, Isaac Fayose has revealed his wife is down with cancer
He broke the news on a video he shared to social media revealing it’s a sad time for him and his family.
Isaac who is presently in Australia to visit his family, revealed that his wife who would have come to pick him at the airport couldn’t, because she was too weak.
He reminded politicians stealing money, how life could take a swift shift and cautioned them about embezzling money and doing the right thing.
While revealing the state of his wife, Isaac broke down saying;
“I’m in Australia to visit my family. When I came in, my wife who usually comes to pick me at the airport, my wife who used to welcome me with warm hugs, my wife who used to cook my favourite food whenever I come… could not even talk, couldn’t open her eyes. She was very weak because she is down with cancer.
“I sat beside her and decided to sing her favorite song to cheer her up. While singing it, my wife held my hand strong. She couldn’t talk, but she was hearing my voice. Her eyes were closed, but she squeezed my hand and held it tight.
“Our one million dollar house couldn’t save my wife. My wealth couldn’t save my wife. She was lying there, holding my hand helplessly. To you politicians that are taking people’s money, have you forgotten that a day like this will come?
“If it is going to remain one hour for me to leave this earth, my voice, my time, and my wealth will be to help people. As I was holding my wife, they were sending me videos from Ekiti hospital maternity ward no light, no water. Please, politicians, think about it. One day, all of us will leave this world.”
