Nollywood actress Nkechi Blessing took a subtle swipe at her namesake, Blessing CEO, who recently made false claims about her health, in an Instagram post where she shared a generous gift she received.
A male friend gifted her 1 million naira for dinner, which she posted as a screenshot of the credit alert. “Million naira for dinner. Thank you so much, @dr_bills. May your pocket never run dry,” she wrote.
She also added a prayer for the gesture: “Softies pls help me say a word of prayer for @dr_bills. You know me, I appreciate even the tinniest gift, so you all better keep it coming. God no go let us use our mouth draw sickness come our body in Jesus name.”
The post mixed gratitude and humor with a spiritual message, while also taking a subtle jab at her namesake over recent false cancer claims.
