Super Eagles striker Victor Boniface has recounted an encounter with a woman who criticized him online.
The forward said the situation began when the woman accused him on Twitter of lacking talent. He then decided to check her Instagram page, where he noticed something unexpected.
“A lady on Twitter was trolling me saying I don’t have talent. So I searched for her IG, I was surprised when I noticed she had been begging me for money there,” he said.
Boniface explained that he chose to engage her briefly after making the discovery.
“Then I asked for her account number, while she was typing and about to send, I blocked her,” he added.
The striker’s account has drawn reactions from fans, many pointing out the contrast between the criticism and the earlier request for financial help.
