Dancer and entertainer Korra Obidi has recalled a disturbing incident from her past involving her family’s reaction to her wearing a bikini and posting it on social media
Speaking on a podcast, Korra revealed that the situation turned violent after she shared the image online, saying she was physically assaulted by close relatives.
The dancer, who is now widely known for her bold fashion choices and energetic, often provocative dance style, said the experience was part of her earlier life before she fully embraced her public identity.
Korra has, over the years, built a reputation for wearing revealing outfits and expressing herself freely on social media, often sparking mixed reactions from fans and critics alike.
“My brothers and uncles beat me black and blue when I wore my first bikini and posted it, punched me in the stomach”, she said.
