Ashmusy, has reveals about why she chose to freeze her eggs, saying heartbreak and failed relationships influenced the decision
Ashmusy explained that becoming a mother has always been one of her biggest dreams, and after several relationships she believed would eventually lead to marriage ended unexpectedly, she decided to take steps to protect her future.
“I really wanted to secure my future as a mother. Motherhood is very important to me, and I want to be sure that I will become a mum in the future, no matter what happens,” she said.
She noted that some of the men she dated initially appeared ready for commitment, but things later fell apart, forcing her to rethink her expectations about marriage and relationships.
According to her, the experiences made her realise that finding a suitable life partner may not happen as quickly as she once imagined, especially with what she described as emotional unavailability and lack of maturity from many men.
“That made me understand that finding the right partner might take longer than I expected. Because of that, I decided to secure my future and play safe,” she added.
