Nkechi Blessing has defended singer Chike amid the ongoing controversy surrounding allegations linking him to Frank Edoho’s estranged wife, Sandra.
The actress also reacted to critics threatening to blacklist the singer from shows over the saga, insisting that people were overreacting to the situation.
Taking to her Instagram page, Nkechi Blessing fired back at the backlash and questioned the authority of those calling for Chike’s cancellation.
“They said they will cancel him, as per una be Jesus Christ personal assistant? Now open your ears to the sound under this post…na him sing am,” she wrote.
Her comment has since sparked reactions online, with supporters praising her blunt defence of Chike, while others argued that she should have stayed out of the controversy.
