Cubana Chief Priest, has opened up about his fallout with Grammy-winning singer Burna Boy, linking the tension to success, envy, and his close relationship with Afrobeats star Davido
In a latest interview, he alleged that his rising influence and associations in the entertainment industry may have triggered resentment.
Cubana Chief Priest suggested that the disagreement escalated beyond personal issues, pointing to business interests and industry rivalry as possible factors behind the fallout.
“Success comes with a lot of hate, Burna Boy came for me, he’s jealous of my relationship with Davido, he’s now investing in partnership in clubs in Lagos, I’m making music to prove a point to him that I can also do anything I wanna do,” he said.
