The Metropolitan Police have confirmed the arrest of three individuals in connection with the f.atal sta.bbing of British-Nigerian singer and songwriter Talay Riley, an incident that has shaken the UK music community and triggered a m.urder investigation in London
Riley, whose real name is Mark Orabiyi, was discovered with multiple stab wounds on Friday, June 5, after police responded to reports of violence in Silvertown, East London.
According to the Metropolitan Police, officers and paramedics from the London Ambulance Service arrived at a property on Rayleigh Road, where the 35-year-old musician was found critically injured in the garden. Despite emergency efforts, he was pronounced de.ad at the scene.

In a fresh update, police said three suspects were initially arrested on suspicion of m.urder shortly after the incident.
A 27-year-old man has since been released on bail pending further investigations, while a 24-year-old man and a 25-year-old woman have been released with no further action after questioning. Authorities confirmed that the investigation is still ongoing.
Police also disclosed that a second victim, a man in his 20s, sustained multiple stab wounds during the a.ttack and was taken to hospital. His injuries are not considered life-threatening.
