Media personality Daniel Regha has shared his thoughts on the frequent complaints about Lagos and its people.
According to Regha, anyone who is unhappy in Lagos is free to leave and focus on building opportunities elsewhere.
“Lagos this, Yorubas that. No one is forced to be in Lagos, and there’s nothing stopping non-indigenes from moving their businesses or taking those great ideas back to their respective states and developing their regions,” he said.
Regha argued that rather than constantly criticizing Lagos, people can choose to invest their time, resources and ideas in their home states.
He noted that nothing prevents entrepreneurs from taking successful businesses or new ideas back to their regions and contributing to development there.
