The Special Adviser to President Bola Tinubu on Media and Public Communications, Sunday Dare, has donated the sum of N50,000 each to the 25 rescued schoolchildren of the recent oyo a.bduction
The donation was announced during his visit to the families of the rescued pupils in Ibadan on Tuesday.
The 25 beneficiaries are among the children who have been discharged from the hospital and reunited with their families.
Dare also said the remaining 14 pupils would each receive ₦50,000 after they are medically cleared.
The gesture comes days after the schoolchildren were rescued and reunited with their families after 56 days in captivity.
