Davido has stepped into the ongoing dispute between his uncle, Osun State Governor Ademola Adeleke, and the National President of the National Union of Road Transport Workers (NURTW), MC Oluomo
The issue began after Governor Adeleke suspended NURTW activities in Osun State following a series of violent incidents linked to transport union operations. The state government said the move was aimed at restoring peace and maintaining public order.
MC Oluomo, however, rejected the decision, insisting that no governor has the power to suspend the union’s activities. His comments quickly sparked reactions on social media.
Davido, who is Governor Adeleke’s nephew, did not stay silent. Coming to his uncle’s defence, the singer took to social media and directly tagged MC Oluomo in a strongly worded post.
