Czech Republic President Petr Pavel has drawn attention for spending some of his vacation time working as a photographer at Formula 1 and other motorsport events
Rather than attending as a VIP guest, Pavel has been seen with full media accreditation, photographing races from trackside alongside professional photographers.
Reports say he participates because of his genuine passion for photography and motorsports, not in any official capacity.
His appearance at racing events has been widely praised online, with many fans applauding his down-to-earth approach and enthusiasm for a personal hobby outside of politics.
