Larry King has filed for divorce from Shawn Southwick, his seventh wife, after nearly 22 years of marriage.
It has been reported in US media that the 85-year-old former TV talk show host had filed the divorce at Los Angeles Superior Court on Tuesday, citing irreconcilable differences.
The date given for his separation from 59-year-old Shawn was June 6, 2019.
The couple have two sons together – Chance, 20, and Cannon, 19 – after marrying on September 5, 1997.
It has been a rocky relationship, with reports of King being ‘distraught’ after discovering his wife had allegedly been having a year-long affair, back in 2016.
