Miss Universe Great Britain finalist, Dr Danielle Adewusi has officially declared her intention to compete in the Miss Universe Nigeria 2026 pageant
The medical doctor who also made top-five finalist of the British pageant, made the announcement on Instagram, where she shared a video introducing her campaign and expressing her desire to represent Nigeria on the international stage.
In her post, Adewusi said her journey has always been driven by purpose, highlighting her work in healthcare and her commitment to improving the lives of women and girls through her charity, Scrub The Stigma.
She wrote:
“Road to Miss Universe Nigeria 2026! My story is one of legacy and purpose.
As a medical doctor and the founder of my women’s health charity, Scrub The Stigma, I have dedicated my life to improving access to healthcare and education for women and girls.”
