Fashion designer Veekee James has responded after a social media user questioned why her husband, Femi, is often seen with her at public events.
The comment came after the couple attended Peller’s wedding together, with the user stated that Femi should not have to follow her everywhere and should have a life of his own.
The social media user wrote:
“Does this man have a life of his own? Must he follow you everywhere?? Did you see your friend’s husband there? You don turn am to …”
Veekee did not ignore the remark. Instead, she replied with a heavy dose of sarcasm, making it clear that she saw nothing wrong with always being with her husband.
Reacting to the comment on her page, she said:
“Yes, my husband does not have a life of his own. It’s me and him forever. When you marry your own, remove him from your life.”
Her response made it clear that she is comfortable with the way she and her husband choose to live their marriage.
The couple have often been seen together at events, and Veekee has never hidden how much she enjoys having her husband by her side.
