Rema has become the latest celebrity to own a home at One by Binghatti, a luxury residential development in Dubai, United Arab Emirates
The announcement was made on Monday through Binghatti’s official Instagram page, where the company welcomed the award-winning singer as a new homeowner.
The occasion featured an official signing ceremony attended by Binghatti Chief Sales Officer Abdullah Binghatti and other senior executives, followed by a tour of the developer’s ongoing projects.
“Binghatti proudly announces global singer and songwriter Rema as the newest homeowner at One by Binghatti,” the company wrote in its post.
The luxury property is situated in Dubai’s Business Bay, just a five-minute drive from the iconic Burj Khalifa, the world’s tallest building.
Binghatti is one of Dubai’s top real estate developers, with more than 12,000 residential units completed. The company is also known for high-end branded developments, including Bugatti Residences by Binghatti and Mercedes-Benz Places by Binghatti.
