Businessman King Ochacho has issued a six-month ultimatum to celebrities he gifted plots of land, warning that any beneficiary who fails to begin construction within the period risks losing the property
Speaking during a livestream with popular streamer Peller, Ochacho said the directive applies to all celebrities who received land from him, including singer Zlatan, whom he said he has already urged to commence building.
According to him, only Peller is exempt because he was gifted a penthouse rather than a plot of land. The businessman insisted that any unused land would be reclaimed and allocated to someone else.
“I told Zlatan to start building on the land I gifted him. Teni and every celebrity I gave a land to have 6 months to start building on it or I’ll revoke it and give it to someone else. Peller, you’re the only one I’ve gifted a penthouse.”
The warning comes shortly after King Ochacho made headlines for gifting Peller a N400m mamas ion as a wedding present.
