Days after hinting at the heartbreak that followed the end of his relationship, comedian Mazi Okeke has explained how he says he caught his former fiancée cheating with his driver.
The comedian said he had returned home from a work site when he walked in on the pair together. He recalled that while the discovery was painful, what stayed with him the most was the explanation she gave when he asked why she had done it. According to him, she told him he was too focused on work and spent too much time travelling, leaving her feeling alone.
He said:
“This is how I discovered my fiancée was cheating with my driver. I was coming back from site that day. As soon as I got home, I caught them together.
“What broke me the most was when I asked her, ‘Why?’ She looked at me and said, ‘You are too busy.’ I asked her, ‘What do you mean I’m too busy?’
Taking to his page to narrate what happened, he said;
“You’re always travelling from one state to another. You’re in the East today and West tomorrow, always moving around.
“My ex is somebody I’m always with. We were always together at home 24/7, but you’re never around.’
“She went on to say I should cut down on my dreams because I don’t give her the attention she wants.
“Everything started when I travelled to China. Wha baffles me the most is that there’s no remorse from this person. She said I don’t have her time, what do I expect her to do? And she couldn’t cope.”
