Drake made a grand gesture at the third edition of his annual Strong Women, Stronger Drinks event by giving away more than $1 million in cash and luxury gifts to female guests
The invite-only celebration, held on Tuesday night at Toronto’s Casa Loma, honoured Canadian women, including entrepreneurs, business owners and content creators.
According to reports, 10 attendees each received $50,000, while another six women walked away with $100,000 apiece.
Drake personally surprised some of the winners with oversized cheques. Other clips showcased an array of luxury vehicles, including Mercedes-Benz G-Wagons and BMWs, which were also part of the night’s rewards.
Beyond the cash prizes, guests reportedly left with high-end gifts such as Birkin handbags, making the event one of Drake’s most extravagant celebrations yet and drawing comparisons to the famous giveaway-style moments popularised by Oprah Winfrey.
