Afrobeats star Davido has disclosed that his call for international attention to the upcoming Osun State governorship election has received a response from the United States Government
Recall that the artiste earlier turned to US President Donald Trump, raising concerns about potential violence, intimidation and interference with the democratic process ahead of the August 15 poll.
Following his appeal, Davido returned to X with an update, claiming that American authorities had contacted him.
“Dem don reach out ooooo. DEY PLAY! U think the rest of the world is undemocratic like Una! Una go see something.” he said.
