Davido has denied having a private Instagram conversation with a South African woman named Lethabo, saying the screenshots being attributed to him were not genuine
The screenshots appeared to show an account using the singer’s name sending Lethabo a message about her looks and asking where she was from.
One of the messages read:
“Hey, you are such a pretty girl. Lethabo is a rare name. Where are you from?”
Davido dismissed the alleged exchange and said the images did not resemble the actual layout of his Instagram messages.
Taking to his page, he wrote:
“Who’s this ba.stard! Better stop it before you get your dùmb ass sued! Stop f^cking around.
“Its adults really believing that the screenshots are real. ?
“Thats just a teenager fishing for attention online, and yall falling for it”.
