Nollywood actor Joseph Momodu has been receiving messages from Nigerians asking how they can join the US Army, following his own experience.
According to the actor, anyone interested in joining should be careful not to fall for sca.ms and should understand the basic requirements before applying.
He said those hoping to join the US Army must first have the required immigration status in the United States before they can proceed with the recruitment process.
In a post he shared on his page, he said:
“Do not get sca.mmed. The only way you can join the US Army is by being a citizen of the U.S, you must have a green card then you can be qualify to apply for the ASVAB exam.”
Momodu also advised interested Nigerians to make sure they get their information through the proper channels rather than relying on people who promise to help them secure enlistment.
