Peller says going back to school is something he wants to do for more than just getting a certificate.
He believes being back in school could also give him the chance to meet and interact with some of the country’s biggest names in business.
He mentioned Aliko Dangote, Tony Elumelu and Femi Otedola as people he would like to find himself in the same setting with. Peller also pointed to the kind of opportunities that can come from being around influential people and the connections they have.
He recalled the launch of Dangote Refinery’s IPO shares, noting that influencers such as Enioluwa and Tobe were among those Dangote called. Peller said he would like to have similar opportunities to meet and work with people in that circle when he returns to school.
For him, school is therefore not only about returning to the classroom. He sees it as a place where he could meet different people, build relationships and possibly create new opportunities for himself.
Explaining why he wants to return, Peller said:
“I have to go back to school because I want to be in the same setting with Dangote, Tony Elumelu and Otedola. When Dangote released his Dangote Refinery IPO shares, the influencers he called were Enioluwa and Tobe. When I come back from school, I want to stream with them.”
Peller’s plan is tied to his desire to put himself in environments where he can meet people he currently looks up to and potentially work with them in the future.
