IsbaeU feared he had reached the end of his career when a controversy surrounding se.x-for-roles allegations and leaked videos brought intense criticism his way.
The content creator recalled how difficult it was to watch the narrative around him change, particularly as people who had once spoken positively about him began making negative comments.
Speaking on Morayo Afolabi-Brown show, he said:
“2022, during the scandal of ‘s3x for roles and leaked videos,’ was a tough time for me. I thought the end of my career had come”.
With the situation weighing on him, Isbae U turned to fellow content creator Mr Macaroni and asked if the controversy meant his career was finished.
“I asked Mr. Macaroni, ‘Is this the end?’ People who were saying good things about me started saying bad things, but all I did was focus,” Isbae U added.
Rather than allow the backlash to completely derail him, he chose to remain focused on his work during the difficult period.
