Sean “Diddy” Combs’ projected federal prison release date has moved up again
According to Federal Bureau of Prisons records, Diddy is now scheduled to leave FCI Fort Dix on Jan. 21, 2028, moving his release closer to the start of 2028

Diddy’s release date was most recently listed as Feb. 5, 2028, after previously being set for Feb. 20.
And now the date has been changed again, as reported by TMZ. His projected release date has changed several times since it was initially listed as June 2028.
TMZ reported in September that the February date itself had been moved up by more than two weeks.
The update comes as Diddy serves a 50-month federal prison sentence.
In July 2025, a jury found him guilty on two counts of transportation for the purpose of prostitution, also known as violations of the Mann Act.
However, he was acquitted of racketeering and s3x trafficking charges involving Cassie Ventura and Jane.
