A four-year-old girl was gang raped by a hospital employee and four other people, it has been claimed.
The child was being looked after in the intensive care unit in a private hospital in Uttar Pradesh, India, when she was attacked. She was receiving treatment for a snake bite at the time.
Police official Mahesh Srivastava said the girl told her grandmother she was raped by a hospital attendant and four others on Saturday night.
One man is in custody and police are still looking for others.
