A foreigner brought in a calamity to a state. I and few others laid down our lives to save many. I knew he had the deadly disease, yet I took the risk, to save lives. I paid the ultimate prize- my life.
I’m dead now, but almost forgotten. The state recently had a celebration and forgot me, if not for the youths who remembered me. I am resting on, and in peace will I rest. Who am I?
