Liverpool are finally getting rid of Mario Balotelli after offloading him on a free transfer to Nice.
Balotelli passed a medical at Nice earlier today and the Reds have spent the last couple of days negotiating the terms of his exit.
The Reds were keen on a permanent deal rather than another loan and the Ligue 1 side have agreed to take him on a free.
Liverpool have reached a settlement with Balotelli over the remainder of his Anfield contract and will just be glad the controversial Italian has gone. Balotelli, 26, was a huge flop following his £16million move from AC Milan in 2014 and managed just four goals for the Reds.
