Mr. Okon Uwah, a House of Assembly candidate in Akwa Ibom
State has being killed yesterday while campaigning in Ward Three in the
Ukanafun Local Government Area of the State. Uwah who was killed was also a former Deputy
Speaker of the Akwa Ibom State House of Assembly and was contesting on the
platform of the All Progressives Congress to represent Ukanafun State
Constituency, before meeting his untimely death.
