As Senate is meant to confirm the eight newly nominated
Ministers by President Jonathan next week, former Minister of State for Defence,
Musiliu Obanikoro’s loyalists have stormed the National Assembly in Abuja this
morning saying Obanikoro deserves a second time and should be picked. They
carried some placards which read; ‘APC leave Obanikoro alone’, ‘Obanikoro is
good for the job’, ‘APC stop attacking Obanikoro’, ‘We want Obanikoro for
Minister’, amongst others. We patiently wait for next week’s announcement. More
