Uzoma who spent the night at work has been ill, but recovered few days ago according
to junior officers before he was found dead in his office.

No one knew the DPO had died, but when they noticed he didn’t
come out of his office all day and wouldn’t pick his calls or reply text
messages, they had to forcefully open the door, before they found his lifeless
body on the floor.

Uzoma was formerly heading the Anthony Police Division,
before he was posted to Ijede, early this month. His corpse has since been deposited
at a private mortuary.
