The ruling People’s Democratic Party, PDP ahead of its
presidential primaries scheduled for December 6, has adopted President Jonathan
as its sole candidate for the 2015 election. The National Executive Committee of
the party took the decision today at the party’s national secretariat in Abuja. The decision means no candidate, except the president can
seek to contest the 2015 presidential election on the platform of PDP.
