Dele Momodu is celebrating his youngest child as he turns 21
Taking to his Instagram page, the proud dad wrote;
“Wow, just like that, my baby Koko is 21… Hurray, happy birthday to our baby of the family, ENIKOREWAFUNMI…
“I can never forget the 25 hours I spent at St. Mary’s Paddington Hospital, London, waiting for your arrival. The midwives, doctors, nurses, did all they could, but you chose to stay longer. Your Mum was writhing in pain and at a point, the no nonsense Doctor came in to prepare our minds for the likely and possible scenarios. I saw what I feared most, that menacing epidural needle, long like the whiskers of a wild cockroach. The Doctor announced subtly, almost carelessly, but professionally and realistically: “we are getting your wife ready for the theater, in about 15 minutes…” Mba, no surgery in Jesus mighty name,” I soliloquised!! I ran downstairs to the washroom, and attempted to pray for God’s mercy upon us.
“Then, it suddenly dawned on me that I was a sinner and my prayers might be delayed in getting to God. So I chose a different strategy, called your other Brothers and tapped into their guaranteed innocence for God’s favor. I sped back to the labor room, and holy Moses, a miracle was ongoing. A Ghanaian woman, a bit elderly and experienced matron, was praying and speaking, esoterically, in tongues. Oh my God, she actually grabbed your head and pulled you out, gingerly and meticulously. I was in cloud 10, almost delirious, with giddiness…
