Approved by the Commandant-General, Ahmed Abubakar Audi, the operation spans all 36 states and the Federal Capital Territory, with specialised tactical teams and intelligence units included in the rollout to secure critical national infrastructure.

Zonal commanders and state heads have also been directed to intensify surveillance within their areas, particularly in high-traffic zones. These locations will see a mix of visible patrols and discreet intelligence monitoring to deter criminal activities.

Audi stressed the need for strong collaboration among security agencies and efficient information sharing, noting that swift response strategies are vital to maintaining peace.

Our goal is to ensure a seamless and secure Easter celebration for all Nigerians. We are working closely with other security agencies to maintain law and order, and we urge citizens to remain vigilant and cooperate with security operatives.
