Funke Akindele has responded to a social media troll who mocked her for using a yellow and black plastic bag to gift food to her crew members
The critic’s comment didn’t sit well with Funke, who swiftly clapped back.
Funke sarcastically suggested that she should perhaps use plastic bags from high-end stores to meet the critic’s expectations.
She told the critic to buy her plastic bags if she knew better, showcasing her confidence and wit.
She also announced that she has blocked the critic off her snap, to ban her further from viewing other snaps.
Funke’s response reads: “Oh maybe I need to go and get plastic bags from Macy’s or Nordstrom. Elenu shipoti, you can come and buy nylon for me. I already blocked you. It’s a privilege for you to be seeing my snap. At least you can see I am an elderly person even if I am not old enough to be your mum. Wide mouth.”
