A 14-year-old girl has tragically d!ed after allegedly undergoing an unauthorised breast enlargement surgery
Her dad says he did not know about it.
Paloma Nicole Arellano Escobedo passed away in hospital a week after the surgery and her cause of de.ath was reportedly marked as complications due to a respiratory illness.
Her father Carlos Arellano claims a breast enlargement was to blame and he is demanding an investigation as he says the operation was carried out without his knowledge.
Carlos claims he only found out at her funeral after allegedly discovering she had breast implants and scars.
He said: “Her de.ath certificate falsely stated ‘illness’ as the cause of de.ath in an attempt to cover up the truth.”
Paloma passed away in hospital in the city of Durango, Mexico, on Saturday, September 20, as reported by NeedToKnow. Carlos said he is suspicious of how quickly his daughter’s de.ath certificate was prepared.
He stated: “They gave it to us right away, I don’t know how they did it so quickly.” The certificate showed the cause of de.ath as cerebral edema due to a respiratory illness.
After the funeral the following day, Carlos filed the complaint when he realised there was more behind his daughter’s “suffering” and de.ath. He claimed there was a “cover-up,” and added: “I demand that all those responsible be investigated.”
The Prosecutor’s Office has confirmed that they are investigating.
