A new rift has surfaced between social activist VeryDarkMan and human rights activist, Omoyele Sowore over the detention of entrepreneur B-Lord
VDM took issue with Sowore’s public demand for B-Lord’s release, criticising him for speaking out without first reaching out privately.

He said such a move showed a lack of regard, noting that he might have reconsidered his position if Sowore had engaged him privately before going public.
VDM then accused Sowore of trying to “test his strength” and issuing a firm warning against his involvement in the matter.
He made it clear that he would not hesitate to pursue legal action, if Sowore also goes ahead to use his name or picture without his permission.
VDM also downplayed Sowore’s intervention, describing it as unserious. He mocked the activist, calling him “funny” and even branding him a “comedian,” further escalating tensions between the two.
He partly said; “If dem born you well Omoyele Sowore, use my picture just like B Lord did ok Billboard without my approval, me VeryDarkMan will send you to pr!son”
